Hi I'm Kristen!

With 20 years in the fitness industry, I've dedicated my career to helping clients achieve their best selves through fitness, healthy eating, and specialized mobility and rehabilitation techniques. My journey with movement began at the age of four with dance, which ignited a lifelong passion for physical exploration and sharing that passion with others.

During college, I earned my ACE Personal Trainer certification and began working with clients while still in school. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University, I deepened my expertise through a two-year apprenticeship at the Subtle Muscle Testing Institute in Atlanta, GA. There, I received certifications in Clinical Subtle Muscle Testing and Assisted Yoga Stretching from Thai Massage, studying under Dr. Camden Clay, DC, and Dr. Shawn Murray, DO.

My career progressed from personal training to group fitness when I took on the opportunity to own and operate a CrossFit gym in Colorado. Working with a talented team, we successfully guided athletes to regional and games-level competitions. As my interests evolved, I shifted my focus back to one-on-one training and rehabilitative fitness. I now specialize in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Functional Range Assessment (FRA), and the Kinstretch systems. This expertise is further enriched by over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification with Sarah Joy Marsh.

On a personal note, my husband and I are both from the Southeast—he’s from Mobile, Alabama, and I’m from Atlanta, GA. We currently reside in the lovely town of Redmond, Oregon, far from our families. When he’s busy with his job in the woods, you can find me training clients in my beautiful garage studio, fostering dogs in need, or enjoying a ride on my mountain bike.

Thank you for visiting my site. Helping people transform their lives is my true passion, and I look forward to the opportunity to support your journey!
