Assessment

Starting with a solid assessment will allow us to tailor our approach effectively.

Since every individual is unique, there isn't a one-size-fits-all protocol. That’s why I use the Functional Range Assessment as a key tool. This assessment helps us evaluate your joint range of motion, control, tissue limitations, and mobility restrictions, providing a solid baseline to guide our work.

Mobility Training

This is where the real transformation begins, and each person’s journey is unique. After your assessment, you’ll receive highly specific, customized exercises that will unlock new levels of movement you didn’t know were possible. My goal is to ensure you have complete control over your body before we dive into more advanced techniques. Once you’ve mastered the prerequisites, we can build on that foundation—and go even further.

While Functional Range Conditioning isn’t the only tool we will use, it serves as a cornerstone of our mobility work, and it’s both challenging and rewarding. This includes movements like CARs, PAILs/RAILs, and PALs/RAILs, with a strong emphasis on isometric and eccentric body control.

As Dr. Andreo Spina, the creator of Functional Range Conditioning, wisely says, "You can’t move where you can’t move." Let’s address those limitations so you can achieve all your movement goals!
